Using the service

You must provide accurate information and use Call Your Mom only for lawful, respectful communication. You are responsible for messages you choose to send and for having an appropriate relationship with each recipient. Do not use the service for harassment, threats, deception, emergencies, unlawful content, or unsolicited bulk messaging.

Community safety

You must follow our Community Standards. We may investigate participant reports, preserve reported evidence, restrict messaging, suspend or remove accounts, and make reports where required by law or necessary to address a credible safety threat.

Private conversations and invitations

Invitations may be shared through a user’s personal messaging application. A recipient must verify the invited phone number before joining the associated private conversation. Do not forward private invitation links or attempt to join a conversation intended for someone else.

In-app messages are visible to the conversation’s verified members. Users remain responsible for the content they send and should not use Call Your Mom for emergencies or urgent safety communications.

Optional SMS program

If you separately opt into SMS from Call Your Mom, you authorize relationship reminders, account notifications, and customer-care messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or visit Support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless provider.

AI-assisted suggestions

Call Your Mom may automatically prepare suggested replies when a private conversation is opened or receives a new in-app message. Suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular relationship or moment. Users should read each suggestion before choosing it. Tapping a suggestion is an explicit instruction to send or open that message, depending on whether the recipient is an in-app contact or a phone contact; an edit option is also provided.

Sponsored suggestions

The service may occasionally display clearly labeled sponsored recommendations for cards, flowers, food, gifts, or similar products. A recommendation is optional and does not change the care owed to your personal relationships.

Hearts and rewards

Hearts are loyalty points with no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Available rewards, point costs, sizes, colors, inventory, and delivery areas may change. A redemption is final once fulfillment begins unless required otherwise by law.

Physical rewards require a complete shipping address and your explicit permission to share that address with a shipping or fulfillment provider solely for delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected and is incorporated into these Terms.

Availability and changes

Call Your Mom is an evolving service. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We may suspend access that threatens people, the service, or legal compliance. We may update these Terms and will post the updated effective date.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Call Your Mom disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
